Workplace of the Future: Leveraging Job Crafting and GPT to Foster Sustainable Organizations in the Digital Age

General-purpose technologies (GPT) give employees new ways to reshape their work, but poorly managed implementation can increase stress, workload and a sense of losing control. The project aims to develop a model of job crafting supported by GPT as a basis for sustainable growth strategies of organisations undergoing digital transformation.

The project builds on the SMART Work Design model (Parker & Knight, 2024) and will offer implementation frameworks for companies and HR practice.
