Teaching

I teach courses in organisational behaviour and research methodology and supervise doctoral students in Economics and Management.

Courses

  • Master'sOrganisational Behaviour

The course explains how people behave in organisations – from personality, attitudes and motivation through teamwork, communication and leadership to organisational culture and change. It links theory with research findings and practical cases so that students can not only describe behaviour in organisations but also influence it.

  • Master'sResearch Methods

The course prepares students for independent research in their master's thesis: from formulating the research problem and questions and working with literature to choosing a method, collecting and analysing data and interpreting results. The most frequently used methods are practised on concrete examples of theses.

  • DoctoralMethodology of Scientific Work

The course supports doctoral students in preparing their dissertation and first publications. Its core is a systematic literature review on the dissertation topic, written during the semester, and work with quantitative data – from the questionnaire to a defensible claim.
