Development of an innovative micro-credential program for lifelong learning in the field of human resources and personnel management

The project develops a lifelong learning programme based on micro-credentials, linked to the traditional study programme Human Resources and Personnel Management, with an emphasis on quality, relevance, accessibility and inclusiveness.

Its outputs will include a comparative analysis of similar programmes in the EU, an implementation guide and study materials for key micro-credentials.
