Neuroscientific and Behavioural Approaches and Determinants of (Business) Managerial (Strategic) Decision-Making under the Conditions of Digital Transformation of the Economy and Organisations within Innovation Ecosystems
The project experimentally examines neurocognitive, behavioural and affective determinants of managerial and strategic decision-making in digital environments. Under laboratory conditions it analyses how digital interfaces, technological complexity, risk, uncertainty and AI-supported information affect the quality, rationality and risk preference of decisions.
Its methodological core is eye-tracking combined with indicators of emotional stress. The results should reveal managers' cognitive biases and "blind spots" and provide a basis for training and diagnostic tools that support responsible and sustainable decision-making.
