The European Skills Agenda, in response to deep and long-term changes in approaches to education and professional development, proposes the implementation of micro-credentials to support lifelong learning, increase the flexibility and permeability of educational systems, and promote inclusive and innovative educational methods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, preparing a comprehensive innovative educational program based on micro-credentials in the Slovak higher education environment presents many challenges, which the project addresses through its primary objective, namely the development of an innovative micro-qualification lifelong learning program in the field of human resources and personnel management, with a focus on its integration with a traditional study program, as well as ensuring its quality, relevance, accessibility, and inclusiveness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the thematic areas for submitting new grant applications under KEGA projects, the proposed project intention can primarily be classified within thematic area no. 3, \u201cContent Integration and Diversification of Higher Education Study,\u201d with a focus on research and educational activities aimed at developing lifelong learning programs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to publication outputs, the project will produce a comparative analysis of similar micro-qualification study programs within the EU, an implementation guide for the realization of a lifelong learning micro-qualification program, and study materials covering key micro-qualifications for relevant stakeholders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project results will improve access to educational opportunities for the general public, increase employability by providing specific skills and expertise highly demanded on the labor market, and contribute to greater social inclusion by offering opportunities for marginalized groups and individuals from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project \u201cDevelopment of an Innovative Micro-Credential Lifelong Learning Programme in the Field of Human Resources and Personnel Management\u201d (Project No. 009TnUAD-4\/2025) was supported by the Cultural and Educational Grant Agency of the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic (KEGA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project duration: 2025\u20132027<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funding: EUR 49,844.83<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The increasing demand for short-term, flexible, and digitalized lifelong learning has become a trend not only in Slovakia&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_kad_post_transparent":"","_kad_post_title":"","_kad_post_layout":"","_kad_post_sidebar_id":"","_kad_post_content_style":"","_kad_post_vertical_padding":"","_kad_post_feature":"","_kad_post_feature_position":"","_kad_post_header":false,"_kad_post_footer":false,"_kad_post_classname":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[45],"tags":[107,105],"class_list":["post-1454","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-grants-and-projects","tag-applied-research","tag-principal-investigator"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
